Sitting up

We've reached another milestone - Rory can sit up all by herself! She did it for the first time yesterday and is getting stronger. She'll be 4 1/2 months old tomorrow and it seems like just a few weeks ago we brought her home. She loves her oatmeal, rice cereal, not so much.

Rory and I are heading back to Honolulu to take care of some business, that sounds like tough business, I know. We'll be gone for less than a week, unless Hurricane Felicia or one of her relatives has other plans. Then again, my business may get "unexpectedly" extended for a few days, weeks, months... probably not. Daddy will be missing us and we'll be missing him before we leave Pittsburgh.

Otherwise we are all doing well. Making plans for the holidays already, it does seem too early but if airline tickets are in the plans it really isn't. We are also planning to go to South Dakota so Sean can pheasant hunt, which isn't a national holiday but should be. For the first time in many years he will also be hunting in Pennsylvania, look out deer and turkey!
